Every max card level its depends from the card rarity type, like a normal card up to 20, High normal up to 30, rare up to 40, High rare up to 50, SR up to 60 and SSR up to 70. Because of that, the easy way to get the rage of bahamut archive bonus is come from the normal cards to max level.
