The card pack tickets are one of the rewards that you can get in the weekly battle ranking. For now the other rewards is like; Devil Queen, Angle Queen, Golden Dragon and SS Rare & up card.
If you below level 10, you can't participate in battle rankings. So you must level 10 up to participate in it and receive the battle awards. This is will be the more fun battle and rewards on the game, have fun!
