Where can I get HR and up card? To get the hr and up card you can use the card packs that can generate a random card. Card packs is what you get through the friendship point or Mobage coins.
Other ways to get hr and up card in the rage of Bahamut is by participate in the event. Event uses a ranking system for the rewards, the better ranking you got it will be the better rewards are that you will get. But Event is usually held once a month.
